Information for Teams

To Enter: Print, complete and send in one entry form for each individual team member. Entries may be sent to Hunt for a Cure, Inc., 94 Lovell Road, Watertown, MA 02472. To register your team on-line, click here and remember to assign a name to your team. This helps us keep track of participants who have registered.

Fees: Send $25 per team member made payable to Hunt for a Cure, Inc. by September 12. You can also pay the registration fee on-line via PayPal. (Please type your team name in the "Payment for" field.)

Pledges: You can download the pledge form and begin collecting pledges today! Ask family, friends, co-workers and neighbors to support your efforts and commitment. The minimum amount to participate is $125.00 per person (inclusive of the $25 registration fee) or $500.00 per team of 4.

Deadline: All registrations and entry fees must be received by September 12, 2003.

Day of info: Once all team members have registered we will send a packet of information with scavenger hunt logistics. What to bring, what to wear, scavenger hunt rules, directions, donation prize levels, etc.
